We’ve designed our Website Template Customization service to be simple, organized, and stress-free. From onboarding to launch, we’ll guide you every step of the way.
Browse our collection of Showit website templates and choose the one that best fits your business. Not sure which one is right for you? We’d be happy to recommend the best fit based on your business and goals.
Once you’ve chosen your template, complete the customization request form. We’ll review your project details, answer any final questions, and send over everything you need to reserve your Website Customization Week.
After reserving your Website Customization Week, you’ll receive a welcome guide, brand questionnaire, and access to your private client folder where you can upload your website copy, brand assets, images, and any other requested materials.
Most clients spend 1–2 weeks preparing everything, and we’ll be here to guide you along the way.
Please note: To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, all website copy, brand assets, and images must be submitted at least one week before your Website Customization Week begins.
The week before your Website Customization Week, we’ll meet for a kickoff call to walk through everything you’ve submitted. We’ll discuss your vision, brand, goals, and any final details so we both feel confident before we begin.
Think of it as the final piece of the puzzle before we bring your website to life.
During your Website Customization Week, we’ll personalize your chosen template with your branding, website copy, images, and videos while taking care of the technical setup, mobile optimization, SEO foundation, and all the finishing touches behind the scenes.
You can focus on running your business while we focus on bringing your website to life.
Once your website is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to review everything and request one round of minor revisions. After final approval, we’ll connect your domain (if needed) and launch your website so you can confidently share your business with the world.

No. Your selected Valene Ashia website template is included as part of the Website Template Customization Experience, so there’s no need to purchase it separately.
Before your scheduled customization week, you’ll need to provide your finalized website copy, logo, brand colors, fonts (if applicable), images, and any other requested materials. To keep your project on schedule, all assets must be submitted at least one week before your scheduled start date.
Don’t have a complete brand identity yet?
No problem! If you don’t yet have a logo, color palette, or font selections, you’re welcome to use the professionally curated branding included with your chosen website template. We’ll just need your website copy and images to complete your project.
Custom layout redesigns are not included as part of this service. We can remove or hide sections to better fit your content, but we don’t redesign or restructure the layout of individual sections.
Our Website Template Customization Experience is designed to personalize an existing website template rather than create a custom website from scratch. We’ll customize your chosen template with your branding, content, and imagery while preserving the thoughtful structure and strategy that make it effective.
This experience includes customization of up to five pages. If your project requires additional pages or functionality, we’ll be happy to discuss available add-ons before your customization week begins.

Your Website Template Customization Experience takes place over one week. During that time, you’ll need to set aside about 30 minutes for your kickoff call, along with a little time throughout the week to review your website and request any minor revisions during your revision period.
The biggest time investment happens before your customization week begins. You’ll use that time to finalize your website copy, images, and brand assets. Most clients complete this in just a few hours total, and we give you 1–2 weeks to prepare everything before your scheduled start date so you never feel rushed.
Your website will be built on Showit, the website platform we use for all of our Website Template Customization projects.
We intentionally chose Showit because it offers the creative flexibility, ease of use, and professional features our clients need to confidently grow their businesses. It’s one of the most user-friendly website builders available, making it easy to update your text, images, and pages without needing to know how to code.
Because Showit is a subscription-based platform, you’ll need an active Showit hosting plan to use your website template. Plans currently start at $27–$49/month, depending on the features you need.
The best part? Your Showit subscription includes both your website hosting and access to the Showit website builder, so there’s no need to purchase separate hosting from another provider. Everything you need is conveniently included in one place.
Copywriting is not included with this service. If you need additional support, our website templates include guided copy prompts to help you write your content.
